Try Before You Buy

We highly recommend exploring our plugin’s functionality through the live demo/testing available for the product on our site. It is crucial to thoroughly assess the plugin, ask any questions, and clarify doubts before making a purchase decision. If you have any queries, our dedicated support team is available exclusively through our Live Chat system during our workdays for immediate assistance.

Before Requesting a Refund

  • Review the product’s installation guide and documentation thoroughly.
  • Explore the product’s support forum, Facebook Community page, and Blog for potential solutions to your issue.
  • Contact our Support team for assistance in resolving the issue you’re encountering.
  • Ensure that the product is being used for its intended function and purpose by referring to the product description.

Asking For Refunds

We are sorry to hear that Tutor LMS did not meet your expectations. If you’ve tried it and decided the product/service is not suitable for your needs, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

To help us improve, kindly provide details about why you’re seeking a refund. If there’s an issue with the digital product, please share a link or a screenshot demonstrating the problem with our sales/support team.

Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The product is entirely non-functional.
  • You’ve submitted a support ticket using the email associated with your purchase but received no response within 48 hours (business days only).
  • And/or the product description on the product page significantly misrepresented the product.

When Not to Expect a Refund

We do not issue refunds based on requests for features that are not currently included in the product. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:

  • Renewals or upgrades will not be eligible for refunds.
  • We have clearly stated the features our plugins have to offer on their pages, and we believe you have read and agreed on the refund policy before making your purchase. Hence, Tutor LMS may cancel or refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraud or other unlawful or manipulative behavior, like claiming features we didn’t promise, which goes against our policy.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the first purchases within the first 30 days.
  • You are asking for a feature that doesn’t exist on our demo site and/or in the PRO plugin(s).
  • You bought an item by mistake, and/or the product(s) sent were already downloaded by you, and/or the license key was activated.
  • A product was purchased by an employee or another party with authorized access to your payment method.
  • You refused to provide our support staff with access to your website (only if necessary and asked by the support team) to investigate the product(s) you are having issues with.
  • It has expired more than 30 days after purchase, and you didn’t even add at least one ticket about the issue on the Tutor LMS Helpdesk.
  • We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g., promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.

Important: Sharing licenses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate deactivation of the license(s) and subscription, regardless of circumstances.”

What to Keep In Mind

The Tutor LMS team offers a full refund within 30 days of the initial payment date. We reserve the right to inquire about the reasons for your refund request and investigate its eligibility.

Please note the following:

  • While you may cancel your account at any time, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
  • Requesting a refund cancels your subscription to Tutor LMS premium products. This results in the loss of access to premium product(s) and their associated features.
  • Following a refund, your license will be deactivated immediately. Premium feature restrictions will be reinstated within 24 hours.
  • After receiving a refund, you may no longer use any downloaded premium products.
  • Depending on your location, refunds may take up to 14 days to process and reflect in your account.
