Our support engineers are available from 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday (UTC+6). Support tickets generated outside these hours may experience a delayed response.

Tutor LMS free users can seek support through either the support forum or our official Tutor LMS Facebook community.

How can I track the status of my support ticket?

You can track the status of your support ticket by logging into your account and accessing the Tickets section. You will receive email notifications regarding any updates to your ticket.

What languages does your customer support team speak?

Our customer support team primarily communicates in English.

Do your products support RTL languages?

Yes, all of our products have built-in support for RTL. If you find any issues, we will fix them as a top priority.
