Calendar

The Calendar section provides a centralized view of all time-sensitive course activities, including scheduled live classes and assignment deadlines. Select Calendar from the sidebar to access it. 

Events can be reviewed in two display modes: Calendar View and List View.

Calendar View

Calendar View displays events in a traditional monthly grid layout. This is the default view when accessing the Calendar section.

• Navigation: Users can move sequentially between past and future months using the left (<) and right (>) arrow icons located at the top right of the calendar interface.

• This Month Button: Selecting this button returns the calendar to the current month and highlights the present day.
• Viewing Events: Dates with scheduled activities are visually marked within the grid. Clicking a marked date opens a popover listing all events for that day, including the event type and scheduled time.

• Empty State: If a learner has no events scheduled during a specific month, the calendar grid will simply render as empty cells.

List View

List View presents events in a chronological, scrollable layout, displaying event details without requiring interaction with individual dates.

• Structure and Details: Activities are organized and grouped by date (e.g., “Today”, “1st Jan, 2025”). Each individual event entry displays comprehensive details, including the event title, the exact time, and the name of the associated course.
• Status Tags: Events in the list are marked with visual tags to indicate their current status or type, such as “Live Session” for upcoming interactive classes, or “Expired” for events whose scheduled time has already passed.
• Search Functionality: A dedicated search bar is positioned at the top of the List View. This allows learners to quickly filter their itinerary by typing specific keywords related to the event title or course name.
